We want you to love Home Base. Here is how refunds work.

If you are not happy, email us within [7 days] of your purchase and we will refund your payment. [Choose a number that works for your business, and make sure this matches the policy on your Payhip product pages.]

After that

Because the kits, guides, and printables are digital files you can download right away, we generally do not refund after the [7 days] have passed or after you have downloaded a large part of the library. If something is broken or you were charged by mistake, we will fix it or refund you.

If we close your account

If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of your membership.

How to ask

Email theeverythingholidaygals@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order details. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Payhip, and can take several business days to appear.
